The brocade jacket was created using a zero-waste approach—nothing of the fabric was left unused, every fragment found its place. Only two pieces were made, one of which has already found its owner. The collar is hand-pleated from reclaimed textiles that carry traces of past stories, while the silk brocade was carefully and consciously noted.
The jacket can be worn with or without the collar; its clean silhouette allows it to move effortlessly between the everyday and the ceremonial. The universal size, fitting between S and M, emphasizes its openness to the body and to time itself.
This piece was selected for an exhibition in Paris during Fashion Week as part of a joint presentation on sustainable fashion organized by the European Union.
